- Armenia has unveiled its official logo and slogan for the COP17 of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, which will be held in October 2026.
- The conference will be held in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.
- Logo: The logo features the ‘Yerevan Blue Butterfly’.
- Slogan: Taking action for nature.
This reflects the goals of the KMGBCF (Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework).
- Important step: Armenia also became a member of the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) in October.

- Cartagena Protocol (2003): For the safe use of modern biotechnology (LMOs).
- Nagoya Protocol (2010): For the fair sharing of benefits from genetic resources (ABS).
- KMGGBF (2022): 23 targets were set to halt biodiversity loss by 2030 (at COP15).

- कार्टाजेना प्रोटोकॉल (2003): आधुनिक बायोटेक्नोलॉजी (LMOs) के सुरक्षित उपयोग के लिए।
- नागोया प्रोटोकॉल (2010): जेनेटिक संसाधनों से होने वाले फायदों के सही बंटवारे (ABS) के लिए।
- KMGGBF (2022): 2030 तक बायोडायवर्सिटी के नुकसान को रोकने के लिए 23 लक्ष्य तय किए गए थे (COP15 में)।
