Uttarakhand PCS exam has been divide into three stages
Stage 1 :- Preliminary Exam (MCQ Type)
This Stage consist two Papers

Stage 2 :- Mains Exam ( Subjective Type )
Stage 3 :- Interview
There is a huge difference between IAS Preliminary Exam and UKPCS Preliminary Exam. Both Exam needs different approach and planning. In Uttarakhand PCS Pre exam one line statement questions are more, but it also need extensive study.
