The first Khelo India Tribal Games will be held on February 14th in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Its objective is to promote sports in tribal areas.
It will be organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
Mascot –
- Its mascot is named Morveer.
- Mor means “my” and Veer means “courage” or “bravery”.
Khelo India Tribal Games 2026
- Date – From February 14th
- Host State – Chhattisgarh
- Mascot – Morveer
- Games – 7 (Archery, Athletics, Football, Hockey, Wrestling, Swimming, Weightlifting)
Note –
- The Khelo India University Games 2025 were held in Rajasthan from November 24th to December 5th.
- This was the 5th edition of the Khelo India University Games.
- Chandigarh University secured the top position by winning a total of 67 medals.
पहले खेलो इंडिया ट्राइबल गेम्स 2026 का आयोजन 14 फरवरी में बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ में किया जाएगा।
इसका उद्देश्य आदिवासी क्षेत्र में खेल का बढ़ाना है।
इसे युवा मामले और खेल मंत्रालय के द्वारा आयोजन किया जाएगा।
मैस्काॅट –
- इसके मैस्काॅट का नाम मोरवीर है।
- मोर का मतलब मेरा है और वीर का मतलब ‘‘साहस’’ या ‘‘वीरता’’ है।

नोट –
- खेलो इंडिया यूनिवर्सिटी गेम्स 2025 का आयोजन 24 नवम्बर से 5 दिसम्बर तक राजस्थान में किया गया था।
- यह खेलो इंडिया यूनिवर्सिटी गेम्स का 5जी संस्करण था।
- इसमें चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी ने टोटल 67 पदक जीतकर शीर्ष स्थान प्राप्त किया है।
