Bulgaria officially adopted the euro on the first day of 2026, becoming the 21st member of the eurozone. Until now, transactions in Bulgaria were conducted in the Bulgarian lev. The lev will remain legal tender alongside the euro until the end of January, and from February 1st, the euro will become the sole official currency.
बुल्गारिया ने 2026 के पहले दिन आधिकारिक तौर पर यूरो का अपना लिया और इसी के साथ वह यूरोजोन का 21वां सदस्य बन गया है। बुल्गारिया में अब तक लेव में लेन-देन होता था। यह जनवरी के आखिर तक लेव यूरो के साथ-साथ पेमेंट का कानूनी जरिया बना रहेगा और एक फरवरी से यूरो एकमात्र आधिकारिक करेंसी बन जाएगी।
